Who We Help
We work with both NDIS and privately funded clients, assisting adults facing functional challenges for any number of reasons. We are experts in function regardless of your formal diagnosis and have a special interest in understanding and telling your story. Our expertise extends to those, but is not limited to people with physical, neurological and complex disabilities, with a special interest in impairments that effect the upper limbs. Intervention is focused on addressing the functional challenges arising from your unique situation as experienced by you. We are here to support you on your journey to improved well-being and independence.

Our Passion
Our greatest passion lies in thinking outside the box to create customised solutions for our clients. We are committed to truly 'seeing' each person as an individual, understanding their unique story, and empowering them to write their own narrative despite disability. We want you to feel seen, heard and empowered to work WITH us on finding the best solutions for you.
"For the first time in forever I felt truly seen and heard. Beyond Limits Occupational Therapy empowered me to take control and work towards my goals with confidence."

Why I started Beyond Limits Occupational Therapy...
Occupational therapy has been part of who I am for the past 20 years, and throughout that time I have had the privilege of working alongside people from all walks of life as they navigate disability, illness, life transitions and the everyday challenges that can sometimes stand in the way of living life to ones full potential.
Throughout my career, I have worked across hospital, rehabilitation and community settings, from large tertiary hospitals through to remote clinics all across Australia. I've developed clinical expertise in complex disability and have a special interest in hand therapy and upper limb rehabilitation that addresses the whole person. I've held leadership positions and built extensive experience within the NDIS environment and provide clinical supervision and mentorship. Despite these opportunities, the most important lessons I have learned have come directly from the people and families I have had the privilege of supporting.
Over the years, I found myself increasingly drawn to the individuals whose situations didn't fit neatly into a box — people with complex needs, complicated life circumstances and goals that were not being realised. I saw how overwhelming systems can be, how difficult it can be to navigate funding and services and how often people simply want someone who will take the time to listen, understand and genuinely advocate alongside them.
Beyond Limits Occupational Therapy was created from a desire to return to what I believe occupational therapy is truly about: understanding the whole person.
For me, that means looking beyond diagnoses, reports and funding categories to understand who someone is, what matters to them, what challenges they face and what they want their future to look like. It means building authentic relationships, working collaboratively with families and support teams and finding practical solutions that make a meaningful difference in everyday life.
I am particularly passionate about complex problem-solving, with a special clinical interest in upper limb rehabilitation, neurological conditions and assistive technology and home modification solutions and supporting people with complex support needs. I also have a strong interest in bringing together the many pieces of a person's story to create a clear and authentic picture of their lived experience from a functional perspective. In complex situations, I believe every person deserves to have their strengths, challenges, goals and everyday realities genuinely understood and accurately represented.
The name 'Beyond Limits' was inspired by a belief that people are more than the barriers they encounter. While we cannot always change a diagnosis or remove every challenge, we can often discover new opportunities, build capacity, increase independence and create pathways that enable people to live the life they want to live.
My goal is simple: to provide thoughtful, person-centred occupational therapy that is grounded in solid clinical expertise and experience, guided by evidence and driven by genuine care for the people I support.
I am proud to have created a practice that allows me to work in a way that aligns with my values — taking the time to listen, think creatively, advocate when needed and support people to achieve outcomes that are meaningful to them.
